The art workshop of Chris Verbeke

You are most welcome for an online walk through my  gallery. Let me enchant you  by my world of phantasy and colour.  After thirty years of expositions  in a lot of  places in Belgium, my paintings are now shown  in a permanent (but always changing) exhibition  in our b&b  `le mas des églantines’ in Coupiac . I have gone through numerous phases as a painter: from oil painting, over aquarel, to acrylic painting, and from  figuratively to abstract. One factor however has always remained:  the endless inspiration which the Aveyron  offers  me! 
This region has always encouraged me to new creative initiatives. Now that we found our new home here, the source of inspiration stayed.

Besides this wonderful area there is also the music as a  constant source of inspiration. Many of my works are the result of a previous musical experience. I hope you can enjoy it all and I  am always willing to give you more information about my work
